(10 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21. “If constitutional means failed to abolish partition between Eire and Northern Ireland we will have to do what past generations did —go out and fight for abolition of the border,” said Mr. Neal Blane.y, member for East Donegal in the Eire Parliament. The Fianna Fail Party member, Mr. Patrick McGill, said that men and women of his party would take their place in the fighting line to restore the “lost six counties” when necessary. —
