District Meetings of National M.P.'s

WELLINGTON) Feb- 11

Instead of holding caucus meetings of the National Party members in Wellington, the party has organised district gatherings. Wellington members of the House conferred today with the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. S. G. Holland, who intends holding a similar gathering of his South Auckland Parliamentary supporters in Hamilton on February 17 and 18, and in Auckland subsequently to meet Auckland and North Auckland members. Mr. Holland also intends paying a visit to North Auckland before his return to Wellington on March G and, accompanied by the Dominion secretary of the National Party, Mr. T. GWilkes, will leave for Australia on March 17.
