Russians Grab Records of Reparations
LONDON, Feb. 9
The Russians have seized all records of their reparations removals from Germany and are in a position to fix their own values on them, according to German sources, says the Associated Press correspondent in Berlin. Officials of the Russian zone say they have been forced to surrender reparation lists to the Russians and are being pressed to deliver more machinery to replace the losses suffered in transport of reparations goods to Russia.
