ROTORUA STANDARD

Although provision has been made for four events to be run in divisions at the Rotorua Racing Club’s summer meeting tomorrow, it is considered likely that sufficient withdrawals, will be received in two of these races, the Waimangu Handicap and Pohutu IHghweight, to avoid their being divided. The weather is fine and the track is firm and fast. Victory Bridge, from the Pohutu Highweight Handicap, was the only scratching posted yesterday, but King’s Law is an unlikely runner in the same race. Horses likely to he in favour are:— WAIMANGU HANDICAP.—PsaIm Singer, Discovery, Nectarina. ARAWA NURSERY HANDICAP. First Division: Murimotu, Good Century, Gold Pal. Second Division: Epsom Boy, Oxford Blue. Lady Quick. ROTORUA JUBILEE CUP.—Silver Sam, Hunting Rua, Folkestone. HOT SPRINGS HANDICAP. First Division: Park Princess, Spiteful I,ad, Kintimani. Second Division: Seahaven, Huntopay, Chatacre. "GEYSER HACK CUP- Highworth, Brnegal Bav, Major. TOURIST HANDICAP. Robin Leigh, Magic Stride. Fencing. MOKOIA HACK HANDICAP. Park Princess, Concise, Fort Knox.
