U.S. RECIPROCAL TRADE PROGRAMME
(10 a.m.) AVASHINGTON, Feb. 10. The House of Representatives yesterday passed a bill to restore the reciprocal trade programme to its original form and continue it until June 12, 1951. The measure, which now goes to the Senate, repeals outright the present Republican-sponsored Trade Agreement Act, which President Truman has denounced as restrictive.
