Inter-cultivation of maize. Harvest peas. Stubble of peas and beans should be turned over as quickly as possible after harvesting to prevent weeds and diseases harbouring in the stubble. Dairy farmers will improve their pastures with the use of a mower for topping seed heads. Production will ease if that is not done.
