Six Killed In Bomber Crash At Night
LONDON, Dec. 21. An R.A.F. Lancaster, which left Lindholme, Lincolnshire, last night on a training flight crashed in flames shortly after midnight on the moors between Tintwistle and Woodhead in Cheshire. A rescue party found six bodies at the scene of the crash. They said the plane was a complete wreck.
