Bride Killed Oh Way To Wedding Breakfast
(11 a.m.) BRISBANE, Dec. 20. A bride was killed and the groom seriously injured when they were motor-cycling to a wedding breakfast less than an hour after the ceremony.
They were Air. and Airs. Kenneth Bruce Woodward, of Warwick.
The couple had left the Presbyterian Church for the bride’s mother’s home when it is believed the machine struck a cement slab covered by stormwater.
The bride died immediately of a fractured skull, and the f?room suffered severe lacerations and shock. The Rev. R. N. Park, who married the couple, will officiate at the funeral.
