Russian Check On Berlin Goods Traffic

LONDON, Dec. 16. The police of the Soviet sector of Berlin announced that special permits would be needed for civilian vehicles carrying loads from the Eastern sector of Berlin to the Western sectors, says Reuter’s correspondent in Berlin. Observers believe that the new order will virtually end legal trade between the Soviet sector and the rest of Berlin.
