Smallpox Outbreak In Old Jerusalem

(10.30 a.m.) JERUSALEM, Dec. 10. Smallpox has broken out in the Arab-held old city of Jerusalem. Guards at the roadblocks in the Jewish area have been ordered not to allow consular or United Nations officials across the lines separating Jewish and Arab forces unless they have vaccination certificates.
