LONDON, Dec. 10.

Russia has protested to Finland against alleged anti-Soviet actions, according to Finnish newspaper reports. In a Note to the Finnish Foreign Minister. Russia accused irresponsible elements in Finland of “actions aimed at worsening relations between Finland and the Soviet Union.” The actions complained of included the staging lay the Finnish National Theatre of “Dirty Hands,” a play by the French Existantialist, M. Jean-Paul Sartre, and giving it “a hostile and provocative tendency with regard to the Soviet Union.”

The Note also accused the Helsinki Theatre of giving an anti-Russian play.
