GISBORNE NURSE THIRD IN COMPETITION
(P.A.) WELLINGTON. Oct. 2. As part of its nurse recruiting campaign a special committee of the New Zealand Hospital Boards’ Association and the Department of Health recently conducted a radio script writing competition among nurses throughout the country. The competition was designed to focus attention on nursing as a profession and the judges’ awards are:— Nurse R. J. Mclntosh, Auckland, 1; Nurse Cicely Clifton-Mogg, Lower Hutt, 2; Nurse Ruth Hind, Cook Hospital, Gisborne, 3.
