SECURITY COUNCIL TO DEBATE BERLIN CRISIS ON MONDAY
, (N.Z.P.A,—Rcuur— Copyright.) (10.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept. 30. The Security Council will meet on Monday afternoon to begin the debate on Berlin. Mr. Warren Austin, United States, who becomes chairman tomorrow, set the date, but the United States delegation stated today that Mr. Austin will surrender the chair when the Council debates the Berlin crisis. Mr. Austin will preside on all questions except Berlin during his October term of office.
