SAWMILL DESTROYED
(P.A.) WESTPORT, Sept. 30. Fire completely destroyed the Kopara Sawmilling Company’s mill near Totara last night. The cause of the outbreak is not known. The fire did not spread to adjacent stocks of timber. The mill has a daily output of 5000 feet and employs 19 men. The company recently lost another mill in the Greymouth district in similar circumstances.
