RECORD PRICE FOR BULL CALF
MELBOURNE, Sept! 30. A record price of 400 guineas for a bull calf, aged 15 days, was paid to C. S. Walker, of Warwick Jersey Stud, Swanhill, Victoria, by Mr. T. Hardicker, Queensland. The calf is one of twins born to Tolgarth Illusion for which Mr. Walker paid 600 guineas some years ago.
