TRIBUTES TO FORMER JUDGE AND M.P.
WELLINGTON, Aug. 4
Tributes to the memory of the late Judge Michael Gdfedder, a former judge of the Maori Land Court and a member of the House of Representatives from 189 G to 1902, were paid in the House yesterday afternoon after the conclusion of formal business. On the motion of the Prime Minister, Mr. P. Fraser, who is back in,charge of the House after being confined to his home with a severe cold last week, members pased a motion of condolence and adjourned until last evening.
