PANAMA PRESIDENT OUSTED BY ONE VOTE
PANAMA CITY, July 12. The Panamanian National Assembly has decided by 26 votes to 25 to unseat the president Senor Enrique Jimenez and instal Senor Henrique Obarrio as a provisional president. The motion elects Senor Obarrio to serve until October 1, and annus the recent election which Senor Arnolfo Arias purportedly won. Senor Arias is at present taking refuge in the Canal zone.
