LAMB CHOPS IN U.S. RECORD PRICE
NEW YORK, May 14. Lamb chops have reached a record high price. Loin lamb chops are selling at slightly more than 6/2 lb., shoulder lamb chops at 5/7 lb., and leg lamb at 4/8. The new record prices are partly explained by the threatened rail strike, which caused an embargo on some suoplies.
