Cyclists Without Lights
With the shortest day only a little over a week oft, many cyclists in Gisborne arc finding that darkness has closed down before ,they leave business premises to cycle home. In order io check riding during the hours of darkness without lights on their machines, flic police in Gisborne are to increase their vigilance and those cyclists without lights will he stonned in future
