Sir.—lt is noticed that Mrs. and the Hon. C. W. Boswell, have sailed on their return to Moscow to again take uo whatever duties the latter may perform on behalf of the Government and people of New Zealand under the title of “N.Z. Minister in Moscow" and at a cost of —? During his extended furlough since December from his arduous (?) duties it was expected that the people of New Zealand would have learned either from him or from some responsible Minister of the Government, just what he docs in Moscow, or upon what justification he lias been returned there. It would almost appear that he is a secret agent. Quite possibly he has given an account of his stewardship or submitted his diary for examination, but the people who pay for whatever he does are certainly behind "the iron curtain” regarding this silent servant of the Stale. When asked for a statement he replied: "I have iust been out for a holidav. The holiday is up.”— INTERESTED
