Guides and Scouts Among D.P.’s
All tlie displaced persons in Germany seem very keen to start their Guiding and Scouting again, and they had their groups in all the camps, said an UNRRA nurse, Sister K. Blackwood, yesterday. The twin movements gave refugees a sense of nationality again, and they were all very keen on international gatherings. A number front her area attended the jamboree in France last year, and these displaced persons always included the German Scouts and Guides in their gatherings where possible.
