( 10 am.) MOSCOW. May 25. The Russian trades union newspaper Trud said the World Federation of Trades Unions had “passed one more serious test at its Rome conference. “The federation’s enemies hoped the differences would prove insurmountable and prophesied a split, but the will of the toiling musses for unity triumphed and the federation emerged united,” it added.
