BARGE BAN LIFTED
ALLIED DISPUTE ENDED (11-30 a.m.) BERLIN, April 30. The British authorities in Germany have lifted the ban on barge traffic between the British and Russian zones in Germany. They say that the Soviet authorities had released the barges they had held up since April 19 on the ground that their documents were not in order and had allowed British-controlled craft to enter the Russian zone without new documents
