SUPPLIES FLOWN IN
BELEAGUERED MUKDEN N.Z. GIFTS INCLUDED (10 a.m.) SHANGHAI, April 23. Gifts from the New Zealand Corso relief agency were among urgently needed medical supplies from seven relief organisations flown yesterday into the besieged city of Mukden, one of the few' remaining Manchurian centres held by the Nationalists. A chartered Lutheran mission plane carried supplies on the first of four flights from Pekin organised by the United States China Relief Mission. A total of two and a half tons of drugs, dressing and surgical equipment will be delivered.
