GENERAL KFJGHTLY (10 a.m.) LONDON, April 20-Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Keightly has been appointed Com-mander-in-Chief of the British Army
of the Rhine from April 26. He succeeds Lieutenant-General Sir Brian Horrocks, who is leaving the post for health reasons.
