POLICE ROUND-UP
GERMAN BLACKMARKET (11 a.m.) BERLIN, April 15. American military police seized three tons of coffee, 5401 b of cocoa and hundreds of bars of chocolate when they broke up a German blackmarket gang. The British United Press’ correspondent says the gang was working from a displaced persons’ camp and had a business running into millions of reich. marks.
The police arrested four Germans and one Jewish displaced person.
