BRAUND ATTACKED

DISAPPOINTED PATIENTS “CANNOT CURE CANCER” SYDNEY, April 15. The three Canadians who have been receiving treatment for cancer from Mr. Braund left Australia for Canada by air last night. They said they were convinced that Mr Braund could not cure cancer and they were sorry they had come to Australia to see him. The disappointed patients were Mrs. J. Northam, aged 36. Mrs. R. Mclntyre, aged 33, and Mr. Harold Evans, contractor, all of Vancouver. “Mr. Braund should be in gaol,” said Mr._ Evans. “His conversation and tactics led me at first to believe he had something. If I still thought he could cure cancer I would not be going back. I believe in the committee’s report and I do not believe that the doctors on the committee used any coercion on the laymen members. The committee’s remarks on the treatment were justified."
