CERTIFICATES PLANNED (P.A,) WELLINGTON. April 14. Plans for giving certificates to nonpermanenl meteorological observers were discussed at today’s session of the south-west Pacific regional commission of the international organisation at the Carter Observatory. People who assisted meteorological observers on a part-time basis would gain a standing from such certificates, it was pointed out, and authority would be added to their reports.
