MORRINSVILLE SALE VALUES MAINTAINED There was not a large entry at the Morrinsville stock sale on Friday. Fat sheep prices were equal to late rates and store lambs were unchanegd in value. Fat cows were keenly sought and values were slightly firmer. Boner and store cows also sold at higher values. The offering o£ Jersey calves met a better response and all sold at recent quotations. Prices: — Sheep.—Fat hoggets, 36s to 40s; fat lambs, 35s to 375; good store lambs. 22s to 23s (Id; medium, 18s to 20s; small, 15s to 17s. Cattle. —Heavy Jersey and Jerseycross cows, £9 10s to £11; mediumweight, £8 to £9; heavy boner cows, £7 £7 15s; medium, £6 to £6 15s; store cows, £4 to £5 10s; bulls, £8 to £lO 12s fid; medium Jersey heifer calves, £6 3s to £6 7s: smaller. £4 11s to £5 6s: late calves, £3 10s to £3 13s.
