Vaglav Nosek, the Czech Communist Minister of the Interior, told a district Communist Party conference in Bohemia today that the order for thfc genera! election, which is due to be held in the eariy summer, was being prepared for Parliament The election would be free and democratic but nc collaborators would be permitted to vote and “all those who, after the revolution. offended against the interests of the Republic and the peoples’ democracy will be prevented from voting in which respect the role of the action committees is especially important.” The Communist Premier, M. Gottwald, told the Associated Press correspondent that he could foresee little opposition to the Government programme. 'The elections will be held in accordance with the terms of law and will confirm the victory of the people and the defeat of the reaction," said the Premier.
