1500 MORE PARCELS FOR U.K.
(S.R.) TOKOMARU BAY, March 18. GETTING a record, the East Coast food-for-Britain campaign has already reached its March quota of £750, representing 1500 parcels. The organising secretary, the Rev. W. G. Bird, states that of this amount £602 was donated by Tokomaru Bay and £ll4 by Ruatoria. The balance was made up by Hiruharama. School, £5; Waipiro Bay School, £2; Muriwai W.D.F.U., £5; and Whangara, £ll. In February the amount donated was £632. or 1264 parcels.
