AMENDED RATES FIXED fP.A.) WELLINGTON. March 18. The committee controlling the collection of levies on sheepskins announces that the rates of levy for various grades of skins have been amended and will be as follows on all sheepskins purchased as from March 18. Full wools—super and first pelt, 8d; second pelt, 7d; dead and badly damaged, sd. Threequarter wools. —8d; 7d; sd. Half wools. —8d; 7d; 4d. Quarter wools. —8d; 7d; 4d. Shearlings.—Bd; 7d; 4d. Pelts.-- 8d; 7d; 4d. Hoggets.—Bd; 7d; sd. Lambs. —8d; 7d; sd. Merinos. —Gd; sd; 2d. Woolly blacks. —4d; 4d: 4d. Short blacks.—2d; 2d;2d. Double fleece. — 2d; 2d; 2d. Milk lambs. — Id; Id;; Id. Woolly broken.—ld: Id; Id. Short broken. —id; Id; Id.
