DISCUSSIONS IN BEIRUT (10 aun.) .BEIRUT, Mar. 16. El Husseini, Mufti of Jerusalem, arrived unexpectedly in Beirut to attend an Arab League political meeting. The Foreign Ministers of the Arab States are assembling in Beirut “to organise their policy and plans according to developments” in the Palestine situation.
