NOTICE OF DISMISSAL

CZECHOSLOVAK ENVOY NEW YORK, March 14. The Czechoslovak Government today notified the United Nations that it had dismissed Dr. Jan Papanek as its delegate. The dismissal followed his charge that Russia had used the threat of force to overthrow the Czech Government. Dr. Papanek said today that until he received a dismissal letter signed by President Benes, he would consider himself the delegate of the Czechoslovakian Republic that existed before the Communist coup.
