HEALTH IMPROVED

CANCER VICTIMS' CLAIM BRAUND TREATMENT (11 a.m.) SYDNEY, March 11. Two Canadian women who flew from Vancouver 12 days ago to be treated for cancer by Mr. J. Braund stated yesterday that already they were tremendously improved in health. Mrs. Anna Northam, 36, and Mrs. Ruth Mclntyre, aged 53, were adjudged hopeless cases by leading Canadian specialists and decided to try Mr. Braund as the last desperate chance. Both are confident that though Mr. Braund’s treatment is in the preliminary stage, at least a partial cure will be effected. Mr. Braund said that the women were responding very favourably to the treatment.
