GERMAN ASSETS’ DISPOSAL LONDON, March 8. The Big Four Foreign Ministers' deputies again failed to reach any decisions when they held their seventy-third meeting in London to discuss the disposal of former® German assets in Austria. , , Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent says the Western Powers are pressing the Russians to submit more detailed lists of properties, plant and equipment which they are claiming, but the Russians maintain that the conference should agree on principles and have given only round figures and percentages of their claims. The meeting adjourned until tomorrow,
