ANGLO-FRENCH GROUPS UNIFIED ACTIVITIES (11 a.m.) PARIS, Dec. 16. Four organisation's seeking a united states of Europe have formed an “international committee of movements for European unity” with Mr Duncan Sandys, the former British Minister of Works as president. The groups are the French Council for a United Europe,

headed by the president of the National Assembly, M. ■ Herriot, Independent League for European Unity, headed by IM. Paul van Zeeland a former Belgian Premier, United Europe Movement whose president is Mr Churchill and the European Union of Federalists. The representatives of the groups decided to co-ordinate their activity and open offices in Paris.
