Majestic.—Today’s long programme consists of “Little Mr. Jim.’’ starring “Butch” Jenkins. James Craig and Frances GitTord. The associate feature, "That Texas Jamboree,” is a musical Western packed with action. An added attraction is the new serial “’The Royal Mounted Rides Again,” which, owing to the length of the programme, screens at 1.45 and 7.30.
King’*.—The new programme today is headed by a mystery. "Backlash.” Heading the east nro Jean Rogers, Richard Travis and John Eldredgc. The supporting picture is a British one, “Tawny Pipit,” starring Rosamund John with Bernard Miles and Jean Gillie. Regent.—“Pauia," the new attraction at the Regent Theatre, features Glenn Ford, Janice Carter and Barry Sullivan in tingling entertainment. The supporting programme includes a comedy, cartoon, sports thriil, and the Australian Cinesouud news.
