WILL MAKE RAIN
TOPEKA (Kansas), Nov. 12. Snow Inc., a firm which will try to bring rain to the dry Kansas wheatlands through the use of dry ice dropped from planes, was incorporated today with an authorised issue of £7BOO capital stock. The application for incorporation said that the purpose of the firm was to promote and conduct "experiments and scientific study in meteorology to induce increased precipitation in the semi-arid western plains area.”
