PARIS, Nov.. 7. The French News Agency, quoting a French Army communique from Saigon said Vietnam forces attacked a train travelling between Saigon and Mytho and killed 17 civilians and wounded 15. - _ . ~ , , French patrols in Cambodia killed 40 Vietnam troops.
