CONSULATE ROBBED
INCIDENT IN PARIS
PARIS, Nov. 7. Five men, thought to be Spaniards, entered the Spanish Consulat-General in Paris unnoticed by the police or the public and bound and gagged four members of the staff, says the Associated Press correspondent. They cut the telephone lines and escaped with two cheques and £SOO ip cash from a cash register.
