DELHI’S FOOD RATIONS PRECARIOUS PERIOD NEW DELHI, Sept. 25. Tho director of rationing has announced a further cut in Delhi’s food rations, which have already reached an gll-time low level. The food and grain fation will he reduced from 12 to 10oz. per head a day. It is a temporary step to tide the city over a precarious period. . . The Delhi rationing authorities are supplying 200,000 refugees with free rations. _____________
