WAVE OF SELLING
N.Y. STOCK EXCHANGE LARGE TOTAL VOLUME NEW YORK. Sept. 4. The Stock Exchange experienced a sudden selling wave today. The total violume was the largest and the setback the most severe for several weeks. Losses of from one to three points were registered in leading steel, rail and motor stocks.
