INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS MINISTERS & FEDERATION (11 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 5. A statement issued after a meeting between Mr. Herbert Morrison, Mr. Ernest Bevin, Dr. Hugh Dalton, Sir Stafford Cripps, Mr. George Isaacs and Mr. Alfred Barnes and five members of the executive of the Federation of British Industries stated that the discussion centred upon a reduction of capital expenditure projects. The Ministers indicated their sympathy in principle with the idea of such a reduction which the planning staffs were actively examining.
