T.U.C. MEETING UPROAR LONDON. Sept. 3. An uproar occurred at a Trades Union Cdngress meeting when Mr. G. J. Richardson, one of the fraternal delegates from the American Federation of Labour, said the Kremlin had violated agreements regarding neighbouring States "-ere were cries of “Rubbish,” and “Don’t come here to insult Russia.” Mr. Richardson was allowed to continue his speech after the president, Mr. G. W. Thomson, had appealed for order.
