Decorations Presented

An investiture was held yesterday morning at Government House, Wellington, at which the Governor-General, Sir Bernard Freyberg, presented insignia, decorations and medals to members of the New Zealand armed forces. These included three D.S-O.’s, four Officers of the Order of the British Empire, seven Members of the Order of the British Empire, three Distinguished Service Crosses, one Military Cross and Bar, seven Military Crosses, four D.F.C.'s and Bar; six D.F.C.’s. two -D.C.M.’s,' 14 M.M.’s. three D-F.M.’s, one 8.E.M., and two Efficiency Decorations.—P,A.
