A reliable informant said he had seen a letter from the Russian authorities reporting the death of M. Beia Kovacs, tormer secretary general of tiie Smallholders' Party, whom the Russians arrested. The informant said the Russian Min ister, M. Pushkin, reported the death to the office of the Hungarian aciingForeign Minister. M. Erno Mihalyii, but did not specify the place or time.
