RUMANIANS FOR TRIAL
KILLING OF PILOT FUGITIVES IN TURKEY (1 a.m ) LONDON, Aug. 10. The Ankara radio announced that a Turkish court, at Istanbul would try three Rumanian officers and .seven Rumanian civilians on charges of killing ilie pilot of the Soviet-Rumanian Airways aircraft in which they landed in Turkey., The radio said that the three officers cave a report of what they called “a Tragic situation” which the Communists have caused in Rumania. The officers added: “We bought tickets like ordinary passengers and, while in the air tried to force the pilot, who worked for the Russians, to take us to Turkey. His refusal compelled up to got rid of him. One of us took over command. Wo ran out of octroi over the Dardanelles and made a forced landing.”
