Later Supreme Court Opening
Mr. Justice Smith, who will preside over the quarterly sitting of the Supreme Court in Gisborne, which commences tomorrow, has been delayed at Napier and will not arrive until midday tomorrow. The opening of the court, therefore, has been postponed until 2.1 u p.m. tomorrow, when _ all grand and common jurors arc required to be present.
