NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Waiapu County Council held on 19th March, 1947, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held- on Wednesday, May 21st, 1947, commencing at 9 o’clock a.m. in the Council Chambers Te Puia Springs. ‘‘That the Waiapu, County Council, under the powers conferred upon it by the Counties Act, 1920, and Amendments thereof,, proceed by wav of Special Order to make a By-Law restricting the driving of live stock through the main thoroughfare of Ruatoria between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.” A full copy of the special order has been deposited at the office of the County Clerk, Te Puia Springs, where it may be inspected during office hours by all persons, without fee, until 20th May, 1947.
